On February 25, 2021, the Board issued a Complaint and Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action alleging violations of the Medical Practice Act (state law) regarding unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, and gross and repeated acts of negligence.

On May, 2, 2019, Licensee entered into an Interim Stipulated Order to voluntarily cease performing robotic mitral valve surgery pending the completion of the Board's investigation into his ability to safely and competently practice medicine.
